Plush Padel Limited – Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Plush Padel Limited, operating in the United Kingdom (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

Employees, contractors, agents, or anyone professionally connected with Plush Padel are               not eligible to enter.

Internet access is required.

3. How to Enter

Participants must enter by completing the online contact form in full - via the Contacts tab on the Plush Padel website (www.plushpadel.co.uk), including Name, Address and email address.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same individual, including use of multiple email addresses, will result in disqualification.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens and closes on the dates stated on the Plush Padel website or promotional materials.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Entries “Closing date 11pm 14 April 2026”.

5. Prize

The prize is one (1) padel racket supplied by Plush Padel. As shown in the competition picture.

The prize is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative items.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted during the giveaway period.

The draw will take place within 7 days of the giveaway closing date.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided in the contact form.

The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Plush Padel may use their name and general location (e.g., town/city) for winner announcements and promotional purposes.

The winner may be invited, but is not required, to share a photo with the prize.

10. Data Protection

Personal data (name and email address) will be used solely for administering the giveaway unless the participant opts in to receive marketing communications.

Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment.

Participants may request deletion of their data at any time; however, deletion before the giveaway ends will void their entry.

11. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries.

The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use, except where required by law.

12. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

13. Changes or Cancellation

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
