Refund policy
We hope you love your Plush Padel products, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- Returns must be sent back within 30 days from the day you received your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
- Original shipping costs from your order will not be refunded.
How to Return

- Once you contact us, we’ll email you a Return Slip to include in your package.
- Ensure your return is properly packaged and stamped.
- Plush Padel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued excluding the original delivery cost.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
